BeBee Professionals is looking for a Technical Support Agent to join our team in Vlaardingen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a technical support role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
